To log in to the iSERVE SPAM filter, you will need to know the MAILBOX name that you want to manage Spam Filtering for.
As an example, lets say that you want to manage SPAM filtering for the following E-Mail Address:
info@ourdomain.co.nz
1: You need to find out what the name of the MAILBOX is that 'info@ourdomain.co.nz' is pointing to. You can find this out by logging into the iSERVE Hosting Management Console or by referencing the settings in your E-Mail program (Eg: outlook express).
2: Once you know the MAILBOX name, (in this example it's called "mydom01") .. then you can log into the SPAM filtering system
3: Click the LOGIN link below.
4: When prompted for a username, type the MAILBOX name and include the "@pop3.iserve.net.nz" as shown in the example below.
